We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Personal Shopper role in a Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry company. It is a hyperpersonal shopping service that connects brands, stores, and customers. They are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent organisational and communication skills, and feels at ease working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years' experience in both personal shopping and high-end retail.
-Preferably a bachelor's degree or higher.
-Thorough knowledge of luxury fashion brands.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Excellent selling abilities, achieving very high sales without appearing pushy.
-A commitment to meeting and exceeding goals while focusing on the needs and experiences of customers.
-A strong desire to provide excellent customer service Developing a forward-thinking retail vision to generate unique solutions.
-Extensive and deep client network, and highly skilled at establishing and maintaining new connections.
-Strong track record of working with and influencing cross-functional teams.
-Articulate and polite, but with a "spark" of personality.
-Fluency in English and Chinese is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage the entire customer experience, including sending edit suggestions, scheduling appointments, helping clients choose the best products, providing appropriate styling advice, taking orders, making sure customers received their items, asking for feedback, and setting up future sales opportunities.
-Create individualised client development plans based on the needs of each client to enhance vital connections and personalise the experience.
-To achieve sales goals, track sales performance and evaluate the findings.
-Make sure that all operational and fulfilment procedures are followed to ensure "white glove service" as appropriate, and identify improvements to make sure the best service is offered.
-Assemble quantitative and qualitative customer information to improve our electronic database to cater to and enhance the experiences of each customer.
-Identify and communicate trends in data relating to customer sentiment, interests, and preferences to the rest of the team.
-Convert existing leads and generate new leads to introduce new customers to Luminaire.
-Become an ambassador for the brand to gain visibility with customers, which may involve going to pop-up showrooms or trunk shows or, in rare circumstances, meeting with extremely valuable clients.
-By staying current with fashion trends, keeping yourself informed about products, and looking up pertinent information about products, you can advance your product knowledge.
-Keep track of market trends, upcoming customer initiatives, and what competitors are doing.
-Actively put forward suggestions for enhancing the performance of the current business.
-Build the brand identity by engaging and influencing through networking.
