We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Paralegal role in a Law Practice firm based in London. it is a highly respected firm of solicitors who have been providing tailored services to its diverse range of clients for over four decades. They are looking for a paralegal who has experience representing buyers of newly constructed homes.

Job Requirements:

-Must have relevant experience representing buyers of new build property.
-Possesses a law degree (LPC is preferred).
-Prior property-related experience in a legal setting is preferred.
-It is necessary to be able to take initiative.
-Business savvy and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
-Flexibility and a collaborative approach are also required.
-Mandarin or Cantonese fluency.
-The ability to work well in a demanding team is necessary.
-Confident, proactive, dependable, trustworthy, and adaptable.

Must Have Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

-Manage a variety of property-related issues from the start of the matter to its resolution.
-Manage a varied caseload that includes both freehold and leasehold properties, conveyancing sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, right to buy, new build, and plot sales.
-AML compliance.
-General administrative duties and system updates, both internally and externally.
-Touch with clients under supervision.
