Job Responsibilities:
Manage a hectic and complex calendar.
Liaison with the China office daily.
Assist with sensitive and private administration matters.
Putting together reports and presentations for clients.
Maintaining strict confidentiality and managing the archive system for corporate records and documents.
In charge of MD's incoming mail and emails, as well as responding as directed.
Maintaining professionalism in operation and communication.
Making travel plans (flights, hotels, trains, and taxis).
Organize or assist with Customer/Staff events.
Greeting and welcoming visitors.
Experience in a trading firm would be advantageous but not required.
Organization and administration of Samples & Showroom.
Personal tasks and general housekeeping duties.
Administration of policies and contract renewals.
Accounting and financial budgeting.
Attending customer meetings in the UK and abroad if required.
Excellent understanding of e-commerce.
