Job Requirements:

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and general IT issues.

It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree.

3 years of sales experience is required.

A valid driver's license is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask are required.

Have the ability to work independently and with little direction.

Understanding wood flooring or comparable products is advantageous.

It is desirable to be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin).

An individual who is self-assured, highly motivated, and outgoing.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other members of the sales team to create a friendly and positive working environment with a strong customer focus at all times.

Use your outgoing and confident personality to establish rapport with our customers, thereby increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Always exhibit superior product knowledge, presentation, and merchandising.

Respond to requests and orders quickly and efficiently to maximize the customer experience.

Keeping health and safety standards in the warehouse up to date.

Examine market trends and share your ideas for new product development, customer consumption habits and trends, and so on with team managers.
