We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager role in a real estate agency. It is a rapidly expanding real estate and investment firm that specializes in HMOs, planning benefits, conversions, refurbishment projects, and direct-to-vendor operations. To support the company's rapid expansion, an experienced development manager is needed to oversee construction activities.
 

Job Requirements:

Mandarin and English are both fluent.

Have prior property development management experience.

With experience in the relevant technical fields, such as architects, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, and interior designers.

Experience managing projects and stakeholders.

Resides about an hour's drive from Wimbledon, London (As most of the projects are in this area).

Capable of driving.

Reliable and diligent.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage tradespeople and contractors.

Liaise with a variety of consultants, such as structural engineers, development control, architects, SAP engineers, and acoustic engineers, among others.

Material sourcing and acquisition.

Maintain and track the project's schedule and budget.
