We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager role in a fast-growing and professional real estate company, based in North London specializing in residential property management, lettings, and sales. They are seeking to hire a Chinese-speaking experienced individual to fill this position. 

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in Chinese is required.
• Bookkeeping and Data Entry skills are required.
• Multitasking skills to run all aspects of property management services.
• Experience in property management is preferable.
 

Revised Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 

Dealing with repairs and maintenance.

 Bookkeeping - invoices etc, issuing Landlord statements.

 Data entry - Uploading property information on portals.

Coordination of tenancy: offer letter, references, tenancy agreement, inventory and cleaning arrangement, check-in, and so on. 

 Deposit compliance and deposit refund form preparation.

 Utility switch,  Conducting Right to Rent Check.

Property visits when required. 

Performing other administrative duties.
