Job Requirements:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

At least two years of work experience in the real estate industry, particularly with an estate agency.

A bachelor's degree or higher is essential.

Excellent business development and strategic planning abilities.

Outstanding sales and negotiating abilities.

Comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market.

Chinese speakers are preferred.
