We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Manager role for a Hong Kong-based marketing & advertising company. The company is a market leader having a presence in multiple locations of Asia and Europe. The company seeks a person with excellent communication skills and the required experience to fill this position.

Job Requirements:

•    Work experience in digital account management is required.
•    Hands-on expertise with digital campaigns in SEM, Social Media, Display, and Mobile.
•    Account servicing/sales and marketing experience of at least 3 years are required (It's a plus if you've worked for an agency, a publisher, or in the internet marketing business).
•    Willing to be a self-motivated self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced atmosphere.
•    Excellent writing and vocal business communication capabilities in Mandarin and English
•    Experience in the region is a plus.
•    Identifier and fixer of problems.
•    Strong organization and focus on detail abilities.
•    Candidates with greater experience will be selected for Asst. Client Success Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

•    For long-term commercial connections, form strategic collaborations with current clients.
•    Provide customers with proactive strategy and insights to help them enhance campaign performance and expand their campaigns through results and a trusted relationship.
•    Identify and cross-sell possibilities inside allocated clients' marketing portfolios.
•    Prepare materials for pitching clients and offer media plans to them.
•    Manage local/global internet marketing campaigns for corporate clients all over the world by analysing ROI/CPA targets and statistics, targeting mechanism, media purchasing cycle, marketing philosophy, website architecture, and so forth.
•    On campaign deployment and reporting, collaborate closely with the in-house ad-ops team.
