We have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Account Coordinator in a Vancouver-based Marketing & Advertising company. It is a prominent full-service marketing firm that advises tourism boards, luxury brands, and shops on their Chinese business strategy and oversees all elements of their online existence. To join their team, the firm is searching for clever, modest, doers.

Job Requirements:

•    A thorough grasp of social media and marketing concepts is required.
•    Professional knowledge and communication abilities in both spoken and written English, as well as Mandarin.
•    Demonstrated ability to form good working connections with colleagues and stakeholders.
•    High EQ and the capacity to work with individuals from various cultures and origins.
•    Detail-oriented and capable of completing a big amount of high-quality work rapidly
•    Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
•    Under intense pressure circumstances, the ability to prioritize activities, manage time and deliver outcomes.
•    Have the capacity to flourish when working on huge projects with tight deadlines.
•    Build solid professional connections with creators, clients, co-workers, and the rest of the team by mastering nonverbal communication.
 

Job Responsibilities:

•    Clients will receive outstanding service, with expectations managed and campaign outcomes regularly surpassed.
•    Establish and maintain excellent professional connections with both clients and content providers, serving as the primary point of contact for any issues relating to them.
•    Identify and resolve grievances with clients or content producers promptly and innovatively, and maintain a high degree of comfort in addressing, mediating, and resolving client/creator issues.
•    Writing thorough campaign briefs for influencers and understand and explain specific client requirements.
•    Assure that all campaign participants adhere to the campaign's criteria and high standards.
•    Execute operations connected to creators, such as identification, outreach, negotiating, and content evaluations effectively.
•    Assign tasks as needed, and see them through to completion despite obstacles or diversions.
