We have an exciting opportunity for an Ad Operations Executive in a London-based Marketing & Advertising company. It is a digital media partner for advertisers and agencies, with offices on different continents and a global presence. This position will be in charge of technical aspects of pre-campaign activation, creative marketing, and data analyzing and evaluation. The company is looking for mandarin speaking persons with the necessary skills and qualifications to fit into this role.

Job Requirements:

•    Exceptional precision and meticulousness; high level of care, dedication, and quality.
•    Experience doing numerous time-sensitive activities while prioritizing them.
•    A proactive approach to problem-solving and a solution-focused attitude.
•    Managing databases, altering, and displaying data in Excel skill is well demonstrated.
•    Capability to work individually and in a collaborative context and a good communicator.
•    Demonstrated ability of new process implementation that is able to enhance organizational performance.
•    Attentive to tech advertisement, Chinese technology, current developments in Chinese markets.
•    A go-getter attitude that aligns with business values by providing energy, drive, and excitement.
•    A desire to advance your career as the organization grows.
•    English and Mandarin are both proficient (reading, writing, and speaking).
 

Job Responsibilities:

•    Display marketing channel, native, and video creatives in DSPs.
•    Graphic retouching and modification, as well as resizing of creatives.
•    Adjust the size of the creative file to comply with the ad exchange's guidelines.
•    Oversee the audit work and status for advertisers and creatives.
•    Integrate ad validation platforms' third-party monitoring.
•    Wherever possible, troubleshoot creative, marketing, and tracking inconsistencies.
•    Create eye-catching images and mock-ups for new campaign releases.
•    Create lessons and keep track of the company's best practices.
•    Establish and maintain an inner ticketing system that prioritizes open tickets according to their urgency.
•    Undertake thorough inventory reports and analyses.
•    Manage the admission and restriction lists for apps and websites.
