We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager role in a Marketing & Advertising company based in London. This is Europe's largest social commerce agency specializing in China which provides worldwide firms with award-winning China market entrance strategies. The firm is looking for exceptional people to join our creative and accounting departments. The account manager will be in charge of account planning, sourcing, implementation, optimization, and project management, as well as expanding brands' presence in China through efficient marketing techniques.

Job Requirements:

•    Mandarin Chinese is your first language, plus you've got good spoken and literal communication abilities in English, along with excellent presentation abilities
•    You have a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: media and communications, business, marketing, or a related field.
•    You've worked in the agency industry for a minimum of two years and have extensive expertise controlling accounts, projects, people, finances, and resources.
•    You're prepared to take on meaningful responsibilities in helping the company grow as a business, including developing proactive development plans for our clients.
•    You have a demonstrated history of developing and implementing measurably effective marketing campaigns across a variety of sectors, as well as an outstanding understanding of the Chinese digital media environment (e-commerce, social media, and search).
•    Content and information exchange are important to you.
•    A go-getter with a keen eye for opportunities, you take the initiative when necessary.
•    You have a good understanding of how to incorporate your work into broader procedures and workflows.
•    You have a good work ethic and great multi-tasking skills.

Job Responsibilities:

•    Direct the creation and optimization of strategic approach, planning, and activating in China, including owned, acquired, and paid media.
•    Set priorities and goals according to your marketing plan, but also take into account consumer trends based on consumer insights, as well as peak traffic occasions.
•    The ability to properly brief our studio and collaborate with them to generate aesthetically appealing and effective copy that drives marketing performance is a key part of the creative process
•    Ensure that content and design adhere to strict brand requirements while also being tailored to the Chinese market, its users, and recent trends.
•    Discover innovative ways to improve creative assets and increase impact across owned, acquired, and paid media channels.
•    Support our media team in paid media strategy and execution, and also asset generation and optimization across all channels.
•    Collate influencer solutions depending on your brand's image and campaign goals.
•    Supervise partner briefings and communications and collaborate closely with them to ensure that campaigns are completed on time and under budget.
•    Develop and maintain working ties with influencer banks' influencers and collaborators to assist the media team in the development of productive working relationships
•    You'll be responsible for overseeing and managing all earned media materials generated by customers, influencers and partners
•    Where relevant, supervise and manage on-platform interaction and inquiry management, private traffic administration, and online and e-commerce asset creation initiatives.
•    To guarantee timely completion, simplify operations in terms of money and contracts.
•    Accountable for correct resourcing following our agency's benchmarks, as well as monitoring the use of internal and external resources to ensure quality work is completed on time and under budget while maintaining agency efficiency standards.
•    Ensure every element of the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
•    Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of account performance monitoring within our agency's framework, as well as keeping track of the account's progress through strict performance and data processing, both regularly and for specific campaigns, as

•    Responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer/market insights research to help drive our strategy, as well as our reaction
