We have an exciting opportunity for two Associate Trader, China roles in a New York-headquartered Marketing & Advertising company. The firm is a multi-award-winning leading programmatic media partner with offices in some locations across the world. The Associate Trader will be based in central China and will be responsible for the seamless and effective implementation of digital marketing campaigns. The position will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of the pre-campaign launch, creative execution, data analyzing, and evaluation.

Job Requirements:

•    Excellent command of the English and Mandarin languages (reading, writing, and speaking)
•    Detail-oriented; high level of care, thoroughness, and quality
•    Experience doing numerous time-sensitive activities while prioritizing them.
•    A proactive approach to problem-solving and a solution-focused attitude
•    The ability to manipulate and visualize data in Excel is well demonstrated.
•    Possessing excellent communication abilities, as well as the capacity to operate both individually
•    Evidence of new processes being implemented to improve operational efficiency.
•    A burgeoning interest in advertisement technology, Chinese technology, and current events in China.
•    A can-do approach to offer energy, motivation, and excitement to fit with business values.

Job Responsibilities:

•    Complete campaign ownership for outstanding results to provide client success
•    Planning, administration, and reporting of customized campaigns and tracking of campaign performance
•    Upsell and generate additional revenue by leveraging insights to establish a customer relationship
•    Purchasing and bidding across a variety of DSPs and platforms
•    Research and optimization daily
•    Make use of corporate campaign management and marketing technologies.
•    Reporting on campaigns both internally and externally
•    To keep campaigns on track, use data, research results, and trade experience.
•    Keeps up with industry developments and client threats.
•    Increase customer revenue by exceeding KPIs, providing insights, and cultivating connections.
•    Administer the auditing process for advertisers and creatives.
•    Integrate ad verification platforms' third-party monitoring.
•    Wherever possible, troubleshoot creative, marketing, and tracking inconsistencies.
•    Exceptionally skilled at creating and delivering material for external meetings.
•    Arrange external encounters ahead of time to boost performance and the message of insight.
•    Utilize campaigns to test and execute new ideas on a consistent
•    Forms bonds with the rest of the team to put beta releases into action and plan marketing strategy.
