We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Specialist in a Media Production based in London. The newly established Media Production House provides first-rate media services to numerous leading Chinese and Western firms and brands, assisting Chinese enterprises in expanding into Europe and Western companies in increasing their exposure in China. 
The company is now seeking an English and Mandarin-speaking individual to join the team in a hybrid working model. The Sales and Marketing professional must initiate, pitch, and produce video production projects, as well as thoroughly understand how to execute market campaigns.

Job Requirements:

•    Experience with social media campaigns and the creative sector.
•    Communication and networking are preferred activities.
•    Sales and marketing experience is required.
•    Knowledge about Chinese corporate ethos and the China market.
•    Knowledge about Chinese corporate ethos and the China market.
•    Native or proficient English as well as Chinese communicator.
•    It is preferable to have comparable experience in the creative sector on a worldwide brand or to educate in an e-com, marketing, or cinematography curriculum.
•    Sales experience and knowledge about how to deliver video, film, and photography campaigns are required.
•    Enthusiastic, self-motivated, well organised, and capable of handling several projects at the same time.
•    Understand how to operate a business marketing plan in order to create revenue.
 

Job Responsibilities:

•    A thorough grasp of pitching and customer process, as well as the capacity to participate in developing ideas authorized. 
•    Pitch fresh work opportunities and prospective markets.
•    Working collaboratively with our team to produce new ideas and establish possible new markets and clients.
•    Collaborating with our operational and creative teams.
•    Execute and manage marketing initiatives on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Vimeo, and several Chinese social media platforms, among others.
•    Ability to develop and present concepts through textual treatments, storyboards, and concept drawings.
