We have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Executive in a London based Law Practice firm. This national legal company provides comprehensive services ranging from Occupational Negligence and Medical Malpractice to Conveyancing and Separation & Family Law. The Litigation Executive will work with a partner in the department to manage diverse caseloads.

Job Requirements:

•    Very driven and aspirant.
•    2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
•    Knowledge of rules governing the management of any data, whether personal or business-related, in accordance with legislation and standards such as, but not confined  to FCA, GDPR, SRA and ISO 27001.
•    Like working in a dynamic atmosphere, have a bright and energetic approach, and want to work for a well-known business.

Job Responsibilities:

•    Working with one designated partner and caseload that includes new constructions, leasehold, freehold, sales and acquisitions transactions from start to finish.
•    Managing cases for residential conveyancing agreements.
•    Managing transactions including the acquisition, transfer, re-mortgage, and sale of real estate.
•    Contact clients, realtors, commercial agents, lending institutions, and litigants.
