We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Recruiter role in a London based Entertainment company. The firm is the world's biggest E-sports studio chain that operates with over 1000 stores across 50 cities. It is searching for someone who is excited about the potential of taking control of the talent management process and who is eager to execute fresh concepts to promote business development.
Job Requirements:
• Performance history in a people/HR related role.
• Expertise in a similar capacity at a fast-growing startup is preferred.
• 2 years of work exposure in HR procurement (preferred).
• Linguistic skills in English and Chinese.
• A record of success in creating and implementing systems and procedures to support the fast scaling of people in dynamic, elevated organisations while sustaining present cultural norms.
• Capable of demonstrating a track record of success in recruiting, career growth, culture, and retention.
• A strategic perspective and the capacity to help managers and individuals on a daily basis.
• The ideal applicant will be self-aware, charming, and a real "people person."
Job Responsibilities:
• Delivering the company's first-rate people strategy and plan.
• Assuring compliance with the Company's purpose and goal.
• Maintaining strong enterprise cultural values when the firm expands significantly.
• Engaging in, mentoring, and mentoring managers to help them attain their maximum potential as recognised corporate leaders.
• Talent management, succession, and training and development.
• Developing an effective learning and development programme helps guarantee that team members are engaged and challenged, and that they have the skills they require for personal and professional advancement.
• Taking the lead on personnel choices; teaching managers on best practices in employee relations.
• Guarantee that digitally held rules are not only legally enforceable but also represent best practices and the most recent staffing thinking, in accordance with the organization's values.
• Developing the employee brand in collaboration with the recruitment team to achieve outstanding talent recruitment and attrition.
