We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Journalist role in a London-based internet media organisation that provides financial news to viewers all around the world. The organisation is presently searching for a UK-based financial writer who is fluent/native in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to join its growing editorial team.

Job Requirements:

•    The ideal applicant will have some knowledge of rate sales, trading, structure, or strategy
•    The applicant must be proficient in both Mandarin and English in both verbally and literally
•    People with exceptional relationships and product expertise are invited to apply
•    A thorough comprehension of interest rate derivatives, as well as the ability to find and present news, are necessary
•    Excellent analytical and writing skills are required for this position, as well as great attention to detail and organisational abilities
•    A solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, is necessary, as is proficiency with performance analysis tools and dealing with data
•    Prior experience as a financial journalist or report writer is a major plus
 

Job Responsibilities:

•    Create features and/or technical pieces, and also report on price drivers on a daily basis
•    The work necessitates regular communication with dealers, issuers, investors, and other major market participants
•    Reporting must be accurate, timely, and concise
•    Compose, edit, and evaluate material for a variety of target audiences and distribution platforms, adjusting their style as needed
•    Writing about all asset classes, with a focus on stocks and bonds
•    Create material in partnership with several fund managers
