We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager - Consumer Technology role in a London based Marketing & Advertising company. The organisation is a worldwide Content Marketing and Public Relations firm that primarily assists technology brands in changing how people believe, feel, and behave. The primary goal of this role will be to lead, record, and execute integrated social, online, and communications projects to an agreed-upon time, cost, and quality level throughout the project cycle.
Job Requirements:
• A Bachelor's Degree is required
• Excellent literal and oral English as well as Chinese skill
• Background in public relations, digital marketing, or social media
• Possess active social accounts as well as a palpable excitement for consumer technology, both digital and social
• Curiosity and/or exposure in technology and lifestyle marketing, public relations, and social networks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite, Asana
• Excellent organisational and people management abilities
• Capability to operate in a fast-paced atmosphere with constantly shifting priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to encourage and manage your project team
• The capacity to manage and oversee finances
• Excellent communication and negotiating abilities
• The capacity to act on your initiative and make judgments under duress
• Excellent reporting abilities
• Proven ability to accomplish projects within the scope, budget, and deadline specified
Job Responsibilities:
• Understand the statistics, figures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) of social and digital marketing, including digital marketing analytics, content marketing, influencer marketing, and video creation
• Give clients counsel with confidence
• Be at ease collecting and relaying feedback from clients and team members
• Project management, planning, and execution
• Define and establish the extent and objectives of the project
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project timeline and work plan
• Anticipate resources and properly manage processes
• Prepare budgets and manage project expenditures to ensure that they are met
• Identify and mitigate risks to guarantee on-time execution
• Evaluate project progress and make any necessary modifications
• Reporting to superiors and client
• Serve as the primary contact point for Chinese-speaking clientele
• Create and sustain long-term customer connections in the APAC region
• Supervise account management, covering agreement and contract negotiation in order to optimise income
