We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator role in a Business Consulting and Services company based in Oxford. It is a worldwide leadership consultant that aligns people, purpose, and strategy to assist multinational enterprises, international NGOs, and governments embrace change and driving socially responsible achievement. It seeks someone who is both rigorous and aggressive, as well as gentle, and inquisitive. The applicant must be comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and thrive in a fast-paced, virtual team-oriented workplace.
 

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced, matrixed setting where an agile attitude and a concentration on priorities are essential.

• Highly organised, systematic, analytically oriented, and communicative.

• Experience with startups, client relationship management, Learning & development, or project planning (service delivery) is highly desired.

• Have an optimistic and can-do attitude.

• An organised, self-sufficient, and determined individual who works effectively in groups as well as alone.

• It is necessary to display excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Handling status reports, communicating with people, and analysing data are all valuable abilities.

• It is essential to be proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

• Ability to multitask and change priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• A strong understanding of the Hubspot CRM system is a bonus.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities in English.

• Fluency in Chinese is advantageous.

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help the Client Services team and carry out critical project operations under pressure, such as creating programme materials and bids and providing technical support in programme management for some of the world's finest firms.

• Work with clients, partners, and coordinators to manage programme administration and client meetings (including calendar management and meeting setup). 

• Organize and manage the team's calendar and schedule.

• Manage the sales funnel and the CRM system, as well as report to key team members.

• Gather customer input and share it with the project teams.
