We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal post in a London-based legal services firm. The firm, which has its headquarters in the City of London, is a prominent full-service international legal practise that advises businesses and people across the UK and around the world. The firm is currently looking for a paralegal having a background in law, and strong organisational and communication abilities who will help the legal team with tasks including home conveyancing.

Job Requirements:
-The ideal candidate will hold a law degree.
-Strong spoken and literal English.
-Chinese reading and writing (necessary); Cantonese (essential) and Mandarin-speaking (beneficial).
-Although all levels of expertise will be taken into consideration, prior residential conveyancing expertise will be desired.
-The ideal applicant will have great IT skills, a strong work ethic, the capacity to handle pressure, and excellent communication abilities.
-Task and time management abilities are crucial.
-Personal organisation skills and excellent detail orientation.

Job Responsibilities:
-Assisting with responsibilities at all phases of a residential conveyancing case, from engagement through completion.
-Assisting Associates in moving cases forward.
Perform legal research.
-Use email and the phone to communicate with the client, their agents, other lawyers, etc.
