We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate role in a Legal Services firm based in London. It is a prominent multinational law firm that advises businesses and people across the UK and abroad, with key principles of cooperation, entrepreneurship, and quality. A Qualified solicitor with the necessary experience is sought for this position.

Job Requirements:
-The ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels in both English and --Chinese and Cantonese while Mandarin is preferred.
-All degrees of PQE will be taken into consideration by qualified solicitors who can demonstrate relevant work experience.
-Extensive knowledge and competence in the domain of conveyancing are required.
-Preferable but not required: previous experience with new-build acquisitions.
-It is vital to have previous experience with house purchasing transactions.
-The candidate must be able to manage transaction deadlines, interact effectively with clients, and keep agents informed of developments.

-The candidate should be knowledgeable about the fundamentals of conveyancing and have past expertise in residential conveyancing.
-PQE of at least 1 year is necessary.
-Working experience in a fast-paced organisation, as well as teamwork.
-Thinking with an eye for detail is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
-Work area: A combination of residential new construction and used home sales.
-Contract drafting and modification.
-Act as a negotiator on behalf of clients.
-Examining and supervising commercial mergers and acquisitions
-Preparation of legal documents.
-Assisting clients with the legal process.
-Producing commercial reports.
-Projecting legal issues for clients.
