We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst role in an Investment Management firm. The firm is committed to the development of operations, service delivery, investment in, and planning for initiatives involving consumables for sports, health, and leisure. It is seeking to hire a professional with extensive experience to head the finance department. In order to meet the reporting requirements of the SEHK and Holdco, this role supports the Global Report team in doing analysis on financial and business information. It also supports the execution of ongoing improvements in financial and management information.

Job Requirements:
-It is preferable to have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management.
-Understanding and practical expertise with international financial reporting standards.
-Proficient in data analysis and mining using data from general ledger systems, SAP, or Power BI.
-It is preferred to have a basic understanding of company governance and listing standards.
-5 years minimum of related experience.
-Must be willing to spend at least 50% in the Somerset headquarters; the remaining may be spent WFH or in the headquarters.

Job Responsibilities:
-Assists in creating reports that provide the Holdco, which is listed in the SEHK, with detailed justification and information to enable it to make an informed evaluation of the financial and other facts submitted before it for approval for public publication.
-Assists in the preparation of routine updates that provide Holdco with a fair and clear evaluation of Clark's performance, position, and prospects so that it can fulfil its obligations under the listing rules and applicable company laws.
-Helps to prepare modifications for group consolidation that are in accordance with the accounting standards of Holdco.
-Assists Holdco in publishing its quarterly, half-year, and annual reports in compliance with the listing regulations and applicable codes by providing timely financial information and analysis.
-Develop and compile analytical reports for the management of Clarks and Holdco as needed.
-Aids in gathering data and analysis, as well as collaborating with multiple parties, regarding projects involving corporate finance.
-Helps manage corporate governance issues related to the ongoing requirement of listing.
-Helps in finishing ad hoc projects or assignments.
