We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing and Comms Executive role in an Events Services firm based in London. With out-of-the-box concepts, the organisation specialised in end-to-end customised commercial events. The primary area of emphasis for this position will be outbound marketing, including management of email, SMS, and social media messaging campaigns. In addition to assisting the marketing team with analysis and data management.
 
Job Requirements:

-Graduate degree, preferably in a marketing-related field of study.
-Must be meticulous and hold high-quality standards.
-Strong organizational abilities are required.
-Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
-Knowledge of email marketing platforms (desirable).
-Excellent writing skills, and the capacity to spell-check and proofread.
-Knowledgeable in design software such as Canva, Indesign, Illustrator, and others (desirable).
-Capable of focusing on key priorities and meeting critical deadlines.
-Pay close attention to detail so that important details do not slip through the cracks and derail a project.
-Excellent time management abilities, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects.
-Presentational abilities and self-assurance to conduct webinars and in-person presentations.
-Team player, able to collaborate with others, willing to go above and beyond, and have a good sense of humour (an attitude of "work hard, play hard").

Job Responsibilities:

-Making and implementing marketing campaigns for the entire portfolio via email, SMS, and social media.
-Designing emails and writing copy for pertinent campaigns.
-Keeping data up to date and segmenting data based on campaign requirements.
-Analyzing data to make sure there are healthy levels of engagement, giving high-potential and high-risk clients the highest priority, and putting proactive and innovative marketing strategies in place.
-Administration of all campaigns' analysis and reporting.
-Planning, improving, and developing communication journeys strategically.
-Assist the larger marketing team with all projects.
-Assisting the conference organizing (CO) and sales teams.
