We have an exciting opportunity for a BD or Sales Manager role in a Motor Vehicle Manufacturing company based in Prague. The business offers intelligent solutions for supply chain quality control and 3PL, delivering dependable and effective services to both local and international clients.  For this crucial position in the UK team, they are seeking an experienced BD/Sales Manager.

Job Requirements:

-A bachelor's or master's degree in business or technology may be advantageous.
-Minimum of 5 years of BD or sales experience.
-Native English and Chinese language skills are preferred.
-Success record from plan to completion in the sales cycle.
-Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and business-minded as well as an active personality.
-Customer focused.
-Advanced computer proficiency.
-It would be beneficial to have contacts or experience in the quality control, 3PL, electro, or automotive sectors.
-Class B driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Job Responsibilities:

-Guiding the UK's overall business development
-Evaluate, plan, and develop business projects (3PL/QCS projects) and ensure their effective delivery by the operation team until completion, such as AR collection and customer reviews.
-Investigate and discover new business opportunities, as well as enhance the value of existing customers while attracting fresh ones.
-Achieve profit maximization by negotiating client pricing and measuring sales revenue.
-Making decisions about business strategies and practices.
-Meeting projected sales targets.
-Develop an effective client relationship, including the resolution of complaints and the continuous improvement of client satisfaction.
-Undertake and effectively complete contract negotiations that are individually tailored to the needs of the customer.
-Discussing suitable implementation options while exchanging customer desires and needs.
-Preparation of computation, offers, and sales presentations.
-Observing new trends and continually keeping an eye on our competitors.
