We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager role in a UK-based retail company. The day-to-day management of all warehouse operations will fall under the purview of the warehouse manager, who will also be in charge of ensuring compliance with all security and health & safety regulations.
 

Job Requirements:

-Working knowledge of store management.
-A keen sense of detail and precision.
-Competent in mathematics.
-Ability to function without direct supervision and autonomously.
-Efficient interpersonal and communication skills.
-Extensive knowledge of retail warehouse management systems.
-Having a Flexi Forklift Truck License is ideal.

Job Responsibilities:

-Control general warehouse tasks, inventory counts, and daily team meetings.
-Control general warehouse tasks, inventory counts, and daily team meetings.
-Participate in routine daily meetings and create KPI reports as needed for each functional area.
-Make sure that all products are delivered to the company by vendors in accordance with the applicable work instructions.
-Make sure that the inventory is placed in the proper storage areas and according to the right standards.
-Maintain a shortage/stock out listing by replenishing Lineside stock regularly.
-Part distribution and kitting activity completion of the work order in the warehouse management system (training will be provided).
-Completion of Production Orders for stock.
-Analysis of the root causes of stock discrepancies.
-Adherence to the requirements for documentation and record storage.
-Capable of understanding, implementing, and adhering to all HS&E procedures.
-Always be aware of, and follow, all Quality Assurance processes.
