We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager role in a growing retail company based in the UK. They are looking to hire a business-savvy individual with a track record of generating sales and profit.
 

Job Requirements:

-A track record of success managing a team of workers across multiple retail locations.
-3 years of Area Management experience is preferred.
Significant track record of success in boosting sales volumes and average prices while containing labour, real estate, and other indirect costs to increase revenue and net profit.
-Proven track record of coaching, developing, and managing performance with a strong focus on people.
-A demonstrated track record of maintaining the highest levels of personal and professional integrity even under the most difficult of circumstances.
-Experience working with the general public.
-Efficient HR management abilities include hiring and ongoing personnel administration.
-Ability to oversee health and safety and ensure that every store complies with all applicable laws.
-Proven problem-solver with the ability to balance competing priorities and produce favourable results.
-Self-driven, with a positive outlook on the job and a can-do attitude.
-Willingness to learn from new experiences, develop professionally, and take on new challenges.
-Possessing proficiency with digital tools, such as EPOS, email, and Microsoft Office programmes.
-Having the conviction that inclusion and equality improve the workplace
-Capability to analyse sales and budget estimates to support sales targets.
-Exceptionally good verbal and written communication skills.
-A driver's licence is required.

Job Responsibilities:

-Help and support the Manager.
-Ensure that a group of stores is managed effectively to meet and exceed annual sales and net profit goals.
-Ensure company compliance and uniformly high store standards across the designated group of stores while empowering stores to make local decisions that will drive their businesses.
-Reporting to the MD and assisting in the growth of the business.
