We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant role in a London-based Real Estate firm. The company specialises in developing, dealing in, and managing projects in all housing and hospitality industries, including luxury houses, hotels, rehabilitation, luxury residences, apartments, and student housing. They are seeking an energetic and self-assured Accounts Assistant to join their Lettings and Management Finance team. The accounts assistant will work under the supervision of the Head of Finance and Management Accountant.

Job Requirements:

-Accounting software XERO / VT experience is preferred.
-Background in finance and Part AAT certification are welcome.
-Excellent maths skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
-Willingness to work hard and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
-A pleasant personality and team player.
-Prior experience in a comparable role.

Must Have Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

-Keeping track of all business finances, including sales, payouts, receivables, and expenses, in Xero or another accounting programme.
-Reconciliation of bank accounts, suppliers, and customers monthly
-Making contact with customers.
-Handle ad hoc tasks and, if necessary, assist various business departments.
