Job Responsibilities:

Be a pioneer in implementing agile delivery techniques and disseminating this knowledge across project teams.

Manage the ongoing project requirements (creating the Delivery Teams, Scrum Teams, and Agile Teams).

Divide projects into narratives that clearly state the story requirements, test cases, size, and any additional information or assets that may be relevant.

Culture creation for Sprint.

Contribute to/drive the Sprint planning process to accurately size stories and determine team velocity.

Reporting on the burn rates, value, and sprint velocity.

Updating the project team and stakeholders on issues and progress made concerning the plan.

Participate in Sprint exhibitions to update the larger business on progress.

Participate in the Sprint Retrospectives to help the team optimize the processes.

Making certain that the project is properly documented and communicated.

Continually update the R & D director on developments, risks, and concerns.
