The Client Services Representative (CSR) is in charge of accurately, promptly, and diligently processing orders.

Job Responsibilities:
Create and complete orders accurately and diligently, and promptly send the client any required quotes, drawings, or receipts.
Display clear, effective communication skills by using proper grammar notation.
Find any potential sales process issues, then discuss them with your manager so they can present independent fixes and alternatives.
Keep track of deadlines and responsibilities daily.
Multitask successfully while maintaining focus and appropriate prioritization.
Provide accurate inventory status updates to your clients.
Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, direct interaction, and fax.
Following the completion of an order, contact the client and solicit feedback.
Respond to your communications promptly while giving your full attention to the client.
Offer support and answer the customer's questions.
Monitor and respond to online reviews about the company, and report any negative comments to your manager.
Control and maintain the reception area as necessary.
Various tasks that your manager may assign.
Planning of all incoming orders, both inside and out.
Perform duties in administration and sales that are related to client relationship management.
