Job Responsibilities:
Organize daily Front of the House and Back of the House the operation of restaurants.
Provide excellent service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Address customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
Regularly examine product quality and investigate new vendors.
Set up and monitor shifts.
Improve productivity by evaluating staff performance and providing feedback.
Estimate future requirements for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies.
Ensure that sanitation and safety regulations are followed.
Maintain the favorable reputation of the restaurant and make suggestions for ways to make it better.
Control operational costs and look for ways to reduce waste.
Make thorough reports on the weekly, monthly, and yearly receipts and outgoings.
By using restaurant events and word-of-mouth advertising, promote the brand in the neighborhood.
Recommend methods for reaching a larger audience (for example, discounts and social media ads).
Instruct new and existing employees on proper customer service procedures.
Implement policies and procedures that will ensure the viability of future restaurant operations.
