Client Feedback & Information

No visa sponsorship. The rate of pay is £11 p/hr. Part times from 18:00- 23:00/00:00, 2 or 3 days per week, and full days are available on weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

Customers must be greeted and escorted to their tables.

When asked, present the menu and provide detailed information (for example, about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).

Set up linens, cutlery, and glasses on the tables.

Provide customers with information on the specials for the day.

On request, provide menu recommendations.

When appropriate, upsell additional products.

Using POS ordering software, take precise food and beverage orders.

Examine customers' identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age.

Inform the kitchen staff of the order details.

Take food and beverage orders.

Check the cleanliness and presentation of dishes and kitchenware, and report any issues.

Maintain a clean dining area by arranging table settings.

Checks must be delivered.

Bring dirty plates, glasses, and cutlery to the kitchen to be cleaned.

Discuss the daily specials, menu updates, and service requirements for reservations (such as parties) with the restaurant staff.

Comply with all applicable health department regulations.

Give guests excellent customer service.
