We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Production Coordinator role in a Colchester-based Medical Equipment Manufacturing company. It is a standalone medical diagnostics company that manufactures, sources, and exports high-quality diagnostic reagents, testing kits, dehydrated culture media, rapid tests, EIA, bottles, vials, and HDPE packing solutions to customers around the world. The Technical Production Coordinator will play a crucial role on the team and be given the chance to maximize their abilities within the company.

Job Requirements:

A proactive person who works well in a team and has the capacity and willingness to take on independent work. 

Capable of delivering accurate results under time constraints.

Degree qualification in Biomedical or other relevant Science subject is preferred.

Previous laboratory experience, preferably in the medical device industry, is preferred.

Knowledge and experience with quality management systems, preferably ISO13485, ISO9001, and cGMP.

Outstanding communication abilities.

Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

Capability to record and maintain written and electronic records accurately.

Full driver's license.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations (for example, CoSSH).

Within a 45-minute commute of Little Bentley.

Excellent level of bilingualism in English and Mandarin (Hangzhou region).

Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory-based reagent manufacturing and medical diagnostic reagent quality control (QC). 

Calibration of lab equipment.

Calibration of performance research and ongoing product development.

Auditing and investigative work.

Maintaining raw material and laboratory consumable stock levels 

Participate in the Quality Management Review Team.

Assisting with all regulatory requirements.
