We have an exciting opportunity for an International Sales Executive in a UK-based Construction company. They are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated professional who is capable of achieving and surpassing profitable sales objectives. Proficiency in Mandarin is a fundamental requirement for this position, and knowledge of Cantonese is considered a valuable asset.

Job Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin is essential, with Cantonese language skills as an advantage.

Previous experience in the international sales market, including direct selling to global investors.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through sales executives and estate agents.

Comprehensive knowledge of NHBC/HBF Five Star customer satisfaction award requirements.

Experience in taking responsibility for the sale of all new homes at a specific development, achieving reservations, contract exchanges, and legal completions in alignment with sales targets.

Effective communication with team members, customers, internal departments, and external agencies.

Strong leadership skills, capable of leading, developing, and motivating new home sales executives and estate agents across multiple development locations to achieve defined sales targets, sales rates, and budgets.

Proven track record of successful lead generation activities, encompassing websites, offline and online marketing, PR events, etc., post-site launch.

Experience in managing external media, presentations, legal matters, and lending agencies in alignment with business plans and targets.

Profound knowledge of market conditions.

Demonstrates exemplary handling of all aspects of the sales process, from initial customer inquiries to reservation and contract exchange.

Strong presentation skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and dedicated to achieving all targets.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect and ensure the well-maintained presentation of show apartments.

Generate sales leads and conduct property viewings.

Manage daily reports.

Keep overseas teams, agents, and introducers informed about changing availability and price lists.

Facilitate the progression of sales to the exchange stage, working closely with solicitors.

Handle new inquiries and provide relevant and comprehensive information.

Update all sales spreadsheets, including reservation deposit records.

Conduct market research.

Create sales and marketing tools, such as the "plot of the week," FAQ video, and investor video.

Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings to contribute new ideas and incentives.

Conduct both in-person and virtual property viewings, arrange sales briefings for development management, and participate in sales meetings to offer insights for improving sales performance.

Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, agents, and introducers through various communication channels such as face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, WeChat, and WhatsApp.

Develop tailored property documents and provide daily updates on sales information to clients, agents, and introducers via phone, email, WeChat, WhatsApp, etc.

Maintain the presentation of the sales office, show/view homes, and all customer facilities to the highest standards.

Proactively manage customer satisfaction, ensuring each customer is exceptionally satisfied with the service they receive.

Uphold the brand's professional standards at all times, presenting a consistently high standard in all aspects visible to the customer.

Ensure compliance with the consumer code by controlling and verifying all necessary documentation.

Collaborate with the project and customer service departments as needed.

Actively contribute new marketing ideas to boost lead generation for the development.
