We have an exciting opportunity for a Chinese Speaking Experienced Conveyancer role in a London-based Legal Services firm. The firm offers client-focused specialty legal services that are specifically personalized. It seeks applicants with extensive expertise and understanding of commercial and residential conveyancing, including leasehold purchases and sells, new construction, help to buy, and joint ownership.

Job Requirements:

Outstanding proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages.

At least 2 years of experience managing commercial and/or residential conveyancing affairs.

Demonstrated capability to function effectively under substantial workloads and within strict deadlines.

Previous experience in managing substantial caseloads.

Strong focus on detail and adept personal organizational skills.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and achieve specified targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle an individual caseload autonomously.

Deliver a top-notch legal service to all clients.

Conduct client meetings, offer practical guidance, and obtain clients' instructions.

Counsel clients on legal matters and issues pertinent to their cases.

Oversee and assess the tasks performed by junior paralegals, trainees, and legal assistants.

Prepare all property-related legal documents, letters, and contracts customized to meet client requirements.

Stay informed about modifications and advancements in the legal field.
