We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Conveyancing Team Leader role for a Law company based in London. They are presently in search of a proficient and driven Commercial Conveyancing Team Leader. The role involves managing a scaled-down caseload of Residential Property files while offering supervision and mentorship to a committed team of junior fee earners.

Job Requirements:

Outstanding proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages.

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential conveyancing affairs.

Proven track record of successful team leadership.

Capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet set targets.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership: Take charge of and guide a team of residential conveyancers, offering support and fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.

Caseload Management: Supervise the residential conveyancing team's caseload, ensuring transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Quality Assurance: Uphold elevated standards of quality in all conveyancing transactions, adhering to legal regulations and best practices.

Training and Development: Recognize training requirements within the team and implement continuous professional development initiatives.

Performance Management: Support the team in achieving individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
