Our client is an international leading property developer, based in Mayfair, and currently looking to appoint one Architect & one Assistant Architect to work in property development.

Job Descriptions

*Managing residential projects from inception to completion
*Preparing and developing surveys, plans, specifications, drawings, models and images
*Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors, consultants and authorities; including planning and delivering client presentations
*Liaising with internal and external team members and organizations
*Producing detailed drawings
*Leading the team within specific areas of the design and project development
*Involvement in business development including networking and attending professional events

Key Skills

*A minimum of 2 years working experience as an architect for a developer
*Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design and drafting/drawing skills and proficiency with computer-aided design: CAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar
*Excellent team-working skills are essential
*Fluency in Mandarin & English and strong graphic communication skills are all essential.
