Main responsibilities:
1) To develop, implement and conduct training which motivates, builds competence
and improves overall business performance for Chengdu team.
2) To identify initiatives and make recommendations on how can Learning and
Development support retail business performance.
3) To provide coaching to help individuals identify the appropriate resources and
interventions to most effectively accomplish their personal objectives.
4) To create a partnership with stakeholders which stimulate transfer of training,
return on training investment and improves overall competence.
5) To demonstrate and reinforce the Lane Crawford Vision & Values and Service
Promise at all times.
6) Monthly Talent and L&D planning based around needs of LC regional/ functional
areas, i.e. when we launch, regions, numbers, etc.)
7) Local design, development and delivery of courses, programmes specifically
targeting the talent and capability needs in Chengdu Market.
8) Provide advice to LC people and managers.
9) Provide coaching/ support to HRM’s and Line Managers.
10) Connecting and leveraging best practices internally and externally.
11) Responsible for managing any regional budgets and reporting of spend per month
& quarter.
12) Leading key & advanced learning modules conducted in Chengdu LC store, such
as: Situational Leadership II Program, MBTI, TTT, Management and leadership
programme, etc.
