JiffyHub Ltd. is an eCommerce-centred business involved with managing products for eBay and Amazon sellers as well selling our very own products on these marketplaces. We source our products and work with clients and suppliers based in China. Our goals going forward are to develop and maintain better relationships and communication methods with our Chinese contacts as well as increase our efficiency and reduce costs as we grow our private Label Amazon business and continue to identify sustainable product catalog strategies. We sell and manage products across various categories such as Toys, Consumer Electronics, Electronic Accessories, Home & Garden, and Fashion. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as we look to scale JiffyHub in the coming months and years.

Key responsibilities:

- Researching wholesalers and manufacturers on Chinese websites and developing product acquisition strategies.

- Communicate, build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers in China.

- Manage and develop import operations from China to UK.

- Manage inbound and outbound product handling.

- Build and maintain stock levels as well as creating stock AND sales reports.

- Managing Daily order processing (Creating postage labels, picking, packing and labeling and products, making parcels ready for collection from Royal Mail and other couriers)

Education:

- Undergraduate Degree (that relates to this job)

Experience:

- Worked in online retail in an administrative and/or operational capacity.

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

- 2+ Years Experience using Microsoft Excel

Skills & Strengths:

- Pays attention to detail and is good with numbers(e.g. must be comfortable and thorough counting large number of items without making many mistakes).

- Organized and can work to deliver on deadlines.

- Self motivated and can work with others or alone equally well.

- Looks for ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Preference will be shown for candidates who:

- Prior experience in Business OR Finance OR Accounting.

- Prior experience in eCommerce (eBay and Amazon)

- Prior experience in Importing and exporting, working with international and/or local couriers.

- Prior experience in Online/Social Media Marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £7.95 to £8.95 /hour
