Haidilao is a chain of hot pot restaurants that was founded in Sichuan Province, China in 1994. Renowned for its quality of service and offering customers a unique dining experience, Haidilao has grown to 334 establishments across China. With additional restaurants operating in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Japan and USA, Haidilao is one of China’s most successful hot pot restaurant brands that was even the subject of a Harvard Business School case study in 2011. Under the parent company, Sichuan Haidilao Catering Co. Ltd, the restaurant chain that serves up boiling soup broth with meat, seafood, vegetables, and noodles, is on track to achieve a combined turnover of 10 billion yuan (1.1 billion pounds) in 2017.

As part of its international expansion strategy, Haidilao Group is now seeking to expand into UK. In keeping with the Haidilao reputation, the proposed restaurants will offer premium quality, authentic Chinese hot pot dishes, coupled with exceptional customer service, and an engaging yet entertaining customer experience. Moreover, the restaurants will trade seven-days-a-week for lunch and dinner, and be licensed to serve alcohol. Using only fresh and primarily local ingredients that are responsibly sourced and support good farming practices.

To be successful in this role you must have a clear understanding of Haidilao’s business culture and objectives and drive the business to the next level within the UK and Europe market.

-Kitchen Assistant - Part time****

-Roles and Responsibilities:**

1. Ensure the speed and the accuracy of the dishes and the hotpot condiment preparation
2. Ensure the dishes and hotpot condiment are ready for table display
3. Support the customer service
4. Ensure the daily operation of kitchen

-Capabilities****

1. Be able to communicate clearly in English and work in a team
2. Be able to find out the problem and give solution in time
3. Be innovative and have organizational and leadership ability

-Welfare and wages**

1. Initial probation period will be 3 months or less if you perform above expectation. During this period you will be paid at 8 pounds / Hr before taxed. After probation period you will be paid 10 pounds per Hr before taxed. National insurance and pension will be provided at all times.

4. Additional incentives will be given if your performance exceeded expectation
5. There will be increment for all staff that has work more than 1 year
